Visiting Hours & Lunch
The timing of visits is during the students' lunch when they stop by your table. We are doing our best to group visits to create a mini-fair setting. We are open to universities coming by themselves or in small groups. Visits are currently limited to no more than sixteen universities on the same day. If you are traveling as a larger group, please contact Elizabeth Mohr emohr@tasisengland.org for alternative arrangements.
The days and times for visits with students are:
- Monday 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
- Wednesday 12:00 p.m. - 12:35 p.m.
- Thursday 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.
- Friday 11:30 a.m. - 12:15 p.m.
We ask that university representatives arrive about 10 minutes early to allow time to sign in with Security and share their photo identification.
We extend an invitation for lunch in our dining hall directly after your visit. We will send details to request lunch once we confirm your visit.
To arrange a visit, please follow the instructions within "Directions for Scheduling a Visit."
Please review our school calendar to view school holidays. In addition, there are several days when we have exams and must move our university visits to a smaller room that can only accommodate a maximum of 5 universities. These dates are:
- February 17-24
- March 26 - May 23 (IB and AP exams)
If you would like to join our College Counseling Coffee presentations by sharing your perspective about a current admissions topic with a group of parents, then we invite you to consider the “Co-Facilitating Parent Coffees” section below.
To arrange a visit, please follow the instructions within "Directions for Scheduling a Visit."

Directions to TASIS
Arrival on-campus:
Please arrive at the TASIS Security Lodge on Ten Acre Lane, TW20 8SJ.
By Train, from London:
Most of our visitors prefer to stay in London. From London the easiest way to travel back and forth to TASIS England is Southwest Rail. Trains typically leave twice an hour and take 40-60 minutes to reach the closest station, Virginia Water, which is only a 5-10 minute taxi from campus. However, there is no taxi stand at the station, so please call ahead to book a taxi at 01932 571111 or 01784 471111. Alternative train stations are Egham and Staines, which are 10-15 minutes from campus and have the advantage of more frequent trains and a higher prevalence of taxis.
Some universities have also found success using Uber or Bolt to arrange rides to campus from local train stations and/or the Greater London area.
Here are driving directions to reach to TASIS England.
Handy travel websites:
www.nationalrail.co.uk for train schedules, fares, and to buy tickets in advance.
www.tfl.gov.uk for information on the London tube (metro) and real-time service updates.
