Traveling to TASIS England

Students flying to London from abroad or elsewhere in Great Britain land at Heathrow or Gatwick Airports. From Gatwick, bus and train services link passengers directly with a central London station. For students arriving at Heathrow, which is about 8 miles from campus, a taxi affords the quickest and easiest way to reach TASIS (pre-book: 01932 571111 or 01784 471111, normal cost approximately £25). The School provides courtesy transportation to and from Heathrow at the start and end of the school year and at the start and end of published school vacations.

A direct 45-minute ride from Central London, TASIS England is easily accessible by rail. Trains run twice each hour from Waterloo Station to Virginia Water; from the Virginia Water Station, visitors may take a taxi for the 5 minute ride to Thorpe and the TASIS England Campus. Please note: as there is not a taxi rank at Virginia Water, call 01932 571111 or 01784 471111 to arrange for a taxi pick-up). 

The TASIS England campus is conveniently located near the M25, 18 miles southwest of London, and can be reached in less than an hour by car from the city. 

From the M25 Clockwise: Leave at junction 11 and join the A317 signposted Chertsey. At the roundabout take the first exit, still on the A317. Following signs for Thorpe, travel straight across the next three roundabouts and at the fourth, take the second exit onto Thorpe Road B388. Travel over the motorway and take the first turn right onto Mill Lane. At the T-junction, turn right into Village Road, and then take the first right, opposite the Red Lion Inn, onto Coldharbour Lane. Proceed until reaching a mini roundabout and turn left onto Ten Acre Lane. The entrance to the TASIS England campus is on the left. 

From the M25 Anti-clockwise: Leave at junction 13 and follow signs for Thorpe Park by joining the A30, which runs parallel to the M25. Follow it to the Runnymede Roundabout, take the fifth exit to join the A308 signposted Staines. Travel straight across the first and second roundabouts. At the third roundabout, take the second exit to join the A320 Chertsey Lane. Travel 1.5 miles, turn right onto Norlands Lane, then continue straight ahead at the roundabout onto Coldharbour Lane. After passing through the narrow traffic calming posts, turn right at the mini roundabout onto Ten Acre Lane. The entrance to the TASIS England campus is on the left.
