Mr. King graduated from the University of Southampton with a degree in Economics and Accountancy and then qualified as a chartered accountant. His career has included extensive experience in the accounting profession, specializing in audit and advisory work, and also in banking in a number of finance, compliance and audit roles. He has experience in the education sector, gained initially from twenty-five years' voluntary service as a Governor of a local primary school, twenty years as Chairman. He subsequently served as Bursar/CFO of TASIS England for eight and a half years, retiring at the end of September 2017 when he was appointed to the Board.

Mrs. Melissa Jones Briggs works as a lecturer in organisational behaviour at Stanford University’s Graduate School of Business and teaches in several of Stanford Executive Education programs on campus in California.  Melissa also consults for leaders and teams at some of the world's top corporations and hyper-growth startups, NGOs and national institutions.

In the UK, Melissa serves as an Associate Fellow at the Oxford Character Project at the University of Oxford. She brings her experience as a TASIS England alumna (’00) and parent of two current students (’27, ’31) together with her work as an educator in the US and UK to serve as a Member of the Board.

Linda was elected to Runnymede Borough Council in 2000 and serves as an Independent representing residents in Thorpe Ward. Her main interests are in planning and governance both in Runnymede but also monitoring elections for the Council of Europe. Having served as a governor at two local schools for more than 30 years and as a director of the Thorpe Nursery Linda is also very familiar with primary education.

Mr. Gonzalez attended Phillips Academy Andover, Harvard College (BA in Visual Studies), and the Harvard Graduate School of Design. He started working at TASIS in 1972 as Chairman of the Art Department. Before becoming Administrative Director of the TASIS organization in 1997, Mr. Gonzalez was TASIS Director of Institutional Development for 20 years during a period of significant expansion for the TASIS organization. He served on the TASIS Executive Board for eight years and as Interim Headmaster of TASIS England from 2004-2005. In 2001, he co-founded TASIS Dorado, which is now a premier independent school in Puerto Rico. From September 2005 to 2008, Mr. Gonzalez served as Chairman of the newly formed Board of Directors of TASIS England. His love for creative design and restoring historic buildings has led him to architectural projects in France, England, Switzerland and Puerto Rico, as well as co-directing the Les Tapies Art & Architecture summer program in southern France.  Mr. Gonzalez serves on the TASIS Foundation Board and has two sons and a stepdaughter who attended TASIS England. He now lives in Puerto Rico with his wife.

Mr. Karam, who is originally from Lebanon, is a TASIS England ’03 alumnus. He has lived in the UK since 2001 whereby, following completion of his high school studies at TASIS England, he went on to pursue three university degrees: B.Eng. in Computer Systems & Electronics at King’s College London, M.Sc. in Finance at Imperial College Business School, M.Sc. in Law and Accounting at London School of Economics and Political Science. Mr. Karam currently works for Aperture Investors as its Head of EMEA Strategy, based in London. Prior to this role, he worked across various departments at different financial institutions, namely HSBC Bank, National Bank of Egypt UK, and a UK-based US$3 bn family office.

Mrs. Loveridge studied PPE at Oxford University and then worked in management consultancy and public relations. She is the founding principal of an independent pre-prep school for boys in London, and serves as a governor of an independent coed preparatory school in the country. Mrs. Loveridge has four now-grown-up children.

Mrs. McLaughlin has twin daughters who are TASIS England alumnae. An active member of the TASIS community, she served on the TASIS Parent Association for four years, including two years as president, and also served as a member of the board of the AWBS International Women's club. Mrs. McLaughlin earned a B.A. in Philosophy from Brown University and a J.D. from Boston University School of Law, and practiced commercial litigation in New York City and Philadelphia for several years. She lives locally with her husband Dennis and two children.

Mr. Wyper holds undergraduate and MBA degrees from the University of Virginia. He is Senior Vice President of Hines, a global real estate practice and is responsible for development management, master planning/land use and new technology initiatives. Mr. Wyper and his wife lived in Europe from 1996 - 2012 (in England from 2001) and are now based in Houston, Texas. Their daughter and son are both TASIS England alumni.
