Inspiring International Education for more than 60 years

About Us

TASIS England nurtures intellectual curiosity
and emboldens each learner to flourish as a principled, open-minded,
and compassionate member of a global community.

Welcome to TASIS England, an international school and community near London where the aspirations and potential of every student are fostered, nurtured, and challenged.

The School is dedicated to the pursuit of knowledge through curiosity and encourages each student to take responsibility for the learning process. Programs that promote the development of character, a commitment to community service, and an appreciation for beauty provide educational opportunities beyond academics.

Our Upper School International Baccalaureate (IB) Diploma Programme and Advanced Placement (AP) exam results are consistently strong, and our students are well-prepared both academically and emotionally to go on to study at some of the best universities in the world.

TASIS The American School in England is a member of the Independent Schools Association and, as such, is subject to inspection by the Independent Schools inspectorate (ISI), the leading UK and overseas independent school inspectorate. You may read the May 2019 ISI inspection report here. The School is also inspected and accredited by the New England Association of Schools & Colleges and the Council of International Schools. Read the most recent NEASC and CIS accreditation report here.

Families: Settling In

We understand that changing school, home, relocating to the UK – or all three – can be both exciting and challenging for children and parents alike.

From the first moment we were in touch with TASIS England, we were impressed with the professionalism and its personal touch. Our daughter was challenged and stretched academically beyond what she thought possible. As a result of the strong nurturing and supportive environment, our daughter was able to realize her potential.
